Trumark Credit Union in Malvern, PA is seeking an AVP, Branch Manager to lead the Malvern Branch, overseeing sales, service, and operations to achieve key goals. You will coach the local team and drive community engagement while ensuring a compliant, profitable operation.

A Bachelor's degree in business or finance and 3–5 years in retail banking or sales leadership are preferred. The role offers flexible schedules and growth opportunities with a strong focus on member service and compliance.

What You Bring To The Table

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years in retail banking, financial services, or a sales-focused leadership role.
• Skills:

  • Confidence in using performance data to improve outcomes
  • Comfort with compliance, audit controls, and digital tools
• Availability: Able to work evenings and weekends as needed and travel within the region.
