Trumark Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Malvern, PA to lead in the manager's absence, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations. The role emphasizes maintaining compliance, security, and delivering superior member experiences.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or equivalent and 3+ years in a branch setting, with strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Branch Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coach, train, and mentor branch personnel in service, sales, and operations.
• Ensure operational integrity, compliance, and physical security of the branch.
• Create a team environment to deliver superior member experiences.
• Partner with Field Representatives to address and resolve audit issues.
• Proactively generate business through community outreach and in-branch promotions.
• Use sound business judgment to analyze loan applications and make recommendations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and ensuring adequate service coverage.
