Job summary

TruMark is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee our Springfield, PA location. You’ll lead sales, service, and operations while driving profitability and regional growth. This role demands a hands-on leader who mentors staff, ensures compliance, and represents the bank in local community events.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail banking or sales leadership, with a Bachelor’s degree in business or finance. Evening/weekend availability and regional travel are expected.
