Trumark Credit Union in Springfield, PA seeks an AVP, Branch Manager to lead the Springfield Branch, overseeing sales, service, operations, and profitability while guiding a high-performing team to deliver exceptional member experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business or finance and 3–5 years of leadership in retail banking, with strong coaching, communication, and compliance skills, plus flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch performance: Oversee sales, service, operations, and profitability to meet key goals.

• Ensure strong operations: Maintain compliance, minimize loss, and keep the branch audit-ready.
• Drive business development: Lead local outreach efforts and represent TruMark at community events.
• Foster a strong branch culture: Set the tone for a positive, member-focused, high-performing environment.
