Job summary

Trumark Credit Union in Trooper, PA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily operations, support staff, and ensure excellent member service.

In this role you will coach team, manage operations in the Branch Manager's absence, oversee compliance and safety, and drive local outreach to grow deposits and loans.

What You Bring To The Table

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience: 3+ years in a branch or equivalent financial institution role, preferably with supervisory experience.
