TruMark Financial's Malvern branch is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, sales, and member service. You will oversee performance, coach staff, ensure compliance, and drive local business development to grow accounts and deposits.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance and 3–5 years in retail banking or sales leadership. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel within the region is expected, with a focus on building a positive, member-focused team.
