Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. seeks an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment for underwriting and claims. You will collaborate with senior leaders, IT and external vendors to deploy advanced AI solutions and improve operational efficiency.

Reporting to the SVP, you will mentor offshore resources, drive innovation, and align projects with strategic business goals, delivering speed, agility, and competitive advantage through intelligent automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• Experience communicating with diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of end-to-end data extraction and enrichment capabilities.
• Mentor offshore resources and collaborate with stakeholders to advance the Gen AI Center of Excellence.
• Partner with senior leaders to optimize workflows and drive automation initiatives.
• Define technology requirements to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Build scalable AI-driven solutions for underwriting and claims functions.
