Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment across underwriting and claims. Reporting to the SVP, you will collaborate with senior leaders, IT, and vendors to design and deploy AI solutions that accelerate digital operations and improve profitability.

You will mentor offshore teams, drive Gen AI Center of Excellence initiatives, and champion innovative automation while aligning with business objectives and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• 8+ years of work experience in data science / ai / automation / engineering.
• Experience defining technology requirements designed to enhance business processes.
• P&C insurance business process analysis, process improvement and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation to analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
• Help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence with cross-functional teams and best practices in AI-driven solutions.
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders, provide updates on projects, and identify new automation opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Define technology requirements that enhance business processes and drive optimization.
