Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. seeks an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment across underwriting and claims. You will mentor offshore resources and collaborate with senior leaders to deploy AI solutions that drive speed and competitive advantage.

You will shape Gen AI Center of Excellence, define technology requirements, and partner with diverse teams to optimize workflows and enable scalable, innovative automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• 8+ years of work experience in data science / ai / automation / engineering.
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience defining technology requirements to enhance business processes.
• Flexibility to meet changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation to analyze workflows and implement solutions aligned with goals.
• Help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence with best practices and innovation.
• Mentor offshore resources and collaborate with stakeholders to drive automation initiatives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Define technology requirements that enhance business processes and optimization efforts.
