Job summary

Arch Capital Services LLC in Rhode Island is recruiting an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment for underwriting and claims. You will report to the SVP of AI & Automation and work with senior leaders, IT teams, and vendors to deploy cutting-edge AI solutions.

In this role, you will mentor offshore resources and help scale Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence, driving speed, agility and competitive advantage through intelligent automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years AI engineering experience.
• 3+ years data science experience.
• 8+ years in data science / AI / automation / engineering.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Able to handle ambiguous concepts and break down complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation to analyze workflows and implement AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence.
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders and provide updates on projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Define technology requirements to enhance business processes.
