Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. seeks an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment initiatives across underwriting and claims, reporting to the SVP of AI & Automation.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, IT teams, process management, external vendors, and the Strategic Analytics team to deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will mentor offshore resources and help advance Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence, driving speed, agility and competitive advantage through

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• 8+ years of work experience in data science / ai / automation / engineering.
• Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively to different target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP of AI & Automation to analyze workflows and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence.
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders, providing updates on projects and identifying new automation opportunities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Define technology requirements that enhance business processes and optimization efforts.
