Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. in Maine seeks an AVP AI & Automation to lead end-to-end data extraction and enrichment across underwriting and claims. You will align with senior leaders to design and deploy AI solutions that drive speed, accuracy, and competitive advantage.

You will mentor offshore resources, grow Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence, and partner with IT, process management, and external vendors to scale intelligent automation across the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ai engineering experience.
• 3+ years of data science experience.
• 8+ years in data science/ai/automation/engineering.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Education in CS/Engineering/Data Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows with business units to identify automation opportunities.
• Help establish Arch’s Gen AI Center of Excellence with best practices.
• Maintain relationships with senior leaders and project updates.
• Lead offshore resources and deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Define technology requirements to enhance business processes.
