Job summary

B3H is seeking an Aircrew Training Specialist to support AMC flying squadrons by managing training records, readiness tracking, schedules, and coordination of classes and exams. This role also covers non-flying squadron functions essential to aircrew readiness and mission continuity.

The position requires experience with GTIMS/ARMS or similar systems, strong reporting skills, and the ability to work with squadron leadership and external agencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in aviation operations, aviation management, training, education, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a flying squadron, training office, HARM/SARM, aviation resource management, or comparable aviation operations support environment.
• Experience using GTIMS, ARMS, or equivalent training/readiness systems.
• Experience maintaining gradebooks, records, training status, or readiness reporting.
• Ability to manage recurring reports and suspense-driven requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with squadron leadership, scheduling, and external agencies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database-driven reporting tool.

Responsibilities

• Update training records and readiness data in GTIMS or equivalents.
• Coordinate class and exam schedules with internal and external agencies.
• Maintain gradebooks and training status for squadron personnel.
• Produce weekly summaries and various monthly/quarterly reports.
• Assist in developing new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
