Job summary

Textron Aviation in Wichita, KS seeks an Engineer Customer Service - Turboprop Team to provide technical assistance, coordinate between customers, Marketing and Engineering/Manufacturing, and prepare technical proposals for company-wide use.

This role requires hands-on aircraft maintenance experience with strong avionics and electrical system knowledge, plus excellent communication and teamwork. Preference for candidates in the Wichita area or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Responds to questions about maintaining and operating Textron Aviation aircraft.
• Prepares technical data and problem summaries for internal teams.
• Maintains a technical file of product improvements and changes.
• Analyzes discrepancy reports and coordinates corrective actions.
• Acts as liaison between customer and Textron Aviation for issues.
• Provides on-site technical support at service centers as needed.
• Participates in audits of training curriculums and content.
• Prepares and presents technical programs for operators conferences.
