Job summary

Qualifications

• Aircraft maintenance with avionic, mechanical, diagnostic and electrical systems knowledge.
• Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to work in a team.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to questions about maintaining and operating Textron Aviation aircraft.
• Organizes and prepares technical data and problem summaries for internal teams.
• Maintains a technical file of product improvements and changes.
• Analyzes discrepancy reports and coordinates corrective action.
• Acts as liaison between customer and Textron Aviation for issues and fixes.
• Provides on-site technical assistance at service centers when needed.
• Participates in audits of training curricula to ensure current data.
• Prepares and presents technical programs for operators conferences and seminars.
• Coordinates with Supplier Quality to maximize reliability of installed equipment.
