Job summary

Qualifications

• A&P license or 2-year technical degree required
• Bachelor’s degree required with 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance support or related field
• 9 years of Avionics Technician experience or equivalent maintenance troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming phone and email questions about maintaining and operating Textron Aviation aircraft
• Organizes and writes technical data and problem summaries for internal teams
• Maintains a technical file of product improvements and changes
• Analyzes discrepancy reports and coordinates corrective actions
• Acts as liaison between customer and Textron Aviation for issues
• Provides on-site technical assistance when needed at service centers
• Audits training curricula to ensure current data usage
• Presents technical program updates at operators conferences and seminars
• Coordinates with Supplier Quality to maximize installed equipment reliability
