Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• Strong math, analytical and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate invoices for ground training services to Amazon.
• Prepare and generate invoices for c-check materials to Amazon.
• Prepare and generate all USTRANSCOP invoices in SAP and WAWF.
• Generate other invoices including reimbursable items and ad hoc charters.
• Perform account reconciliations for reimbursable items accounts.
• Prepare monthly S1/S2 reports for USTRANSCOP.
