The role emphasizes attention to detail, timely communication, and cost control. You will collaborate with engineers, operations, and logistics to address workscope changes and customer inquiries.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting or customer service role.
• Two years of experience working with electronic billing procedures.
• Two years of experience in MS Office (Excel); familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Receive, process and verify induction information and customer orders for purchases.
• Prepare, generate and distribute invoices and reports; compare engineering reports with invoices.
• Explain pricing and invoice changes to customers; manage expectations on estimates and costs.
• Support preparation of proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Liaise with service engineers, operations, logistics and materials.
