Swissport in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Billing Support specialist to provide accurate invoicing for ground handling, cargo, and fueling services. You will prepare comprehensive invoices, gather supporting backups, and collaborate with Accounts Payable and operations to ensure timely and compliant revenue recognition.

This full-time role requires a college degree and 3–5 years in a similar billing position. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, ability to work with SAP, and strong communication are

Qualificações

• Minimum college degree required.
• 3–5 years experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work weekends if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Create comprehensive, accurate invoices for customer airlines using the in-house billing system.
• Compile billable charges from multiple sources and attach supporting backup.
• Create ad hoc invoices for non-contractual services and verify proper accounts.
• Ensure pass-through charges are billed and accounted for correctly.
• Review and issue credit notes in billing system.
• Upload billed revenue to ERP SAP and coordinate accruals with stations.
• Prepare journal entries in the general ledger.
• Submit invoices to portals and resolve disputes.
• Provide customer support and resolve queries promptly.
• Develop relationships with Customer Account Managers, Credit Control, and Tax.
• Produce reports for management and assist audits.
