Zusammenfassung

StandardAero Augusta is seeking an Invoice Administrator to review work orders and generate invoices, credit memos, and related billing documents for aircraft maintenance services. You will prepare and issue invoices to our global OEM partners with a strong attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in finance/accounting, GL and claims filing experience, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work onsite five days a week at our AGS facility.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Finance, Accounting, Billing, or Clerical roles.
• Experience with General Ledger Accounting and Claims Filing.
• Professional office environment experience.
• Associates degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• On-site work 5 days per week at AGS facility.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and analyze preliminary invoices for OEM claims and reimbursements.
• Review and research supporting documents to confirm invoice accuracy.
• Apply guidelines and pricing per OEM and warranty programs.
• Resolve invoice issues by coordinating with OEM Claims Administrator and Project Manager.
• Finalize and send Sales Order invoices to customers.
• Investigate A/R discrepancies for timely resolutions.
• Process additional billings and credit memos to original invoices.
• Balance G/L accounts for reconciliations.
• Maintain billing work order files per retention policies.
• Communicate invoicing metrics to management.
