Precise Flight Inc. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full-cycle AP/AR, reconciliations, and internal controls. You will partner with internal teams to ensure timely payments and accurate cash flow, while supporting month-end close and audit documentation.

Qualifications

• Must understand full-cycle AP/AR processes and internal controls.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems with strong problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and general ledger balances.
• Investigate and resolve short payments, duplicate invoices, and posting discrepancies.
• Generate AP/AR aging reports and transaction summaries.
• Assist with accruals, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Identify improvements to increase processing efficiency and controls.
