Qualifications

• 2-5 years of applicable work experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience interfacing with clients, aircraft owners and staff.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and distribute invoices and account statements.
• Reconcile aircraft activity and expense reports to ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain aircraft fleet subscriptions and service plans for billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments for accounting and administrative oversight.
• Assist with payroll and HR support.
• Train new employees on procedures.
