Job summary

Global Crossing Airlines is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to assist in processing invoices and supporting month-end closing tasks. You will develop and maintain the invoice coding process and coordinate with Accounts Payable to maintain vendor relationships.

The role requires 2–4 years of related accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with public company reporting. Airline experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with public reporting companies preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and iPayables/InvoiceWorks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and assist with month-end closing tasks.
• Develop/maintain invoice coding and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to manage vendor payments.
• Prepare customer fuel reconciliations and prepayments for charters.
• Provide analytical support for departmental projects.
