Job summary

JMC Aviation Limited in Miami seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the US and international markets within the aviation aftermarket. You will lead strategic sales efforts, manage key accounts and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.

The role requires a strong background in aviation sales, USM distribution and asset management, a track record of achieving targets and excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in aviation sales management.
• Strong knowledge of Used Serviceable Material (USM) distribution.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage key accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and support business growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within aircraft engines and parts sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, prospective clients and industry partners.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and follow-ups to understand requirements and maximise sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, promoting the value of products and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and finance to align sales activities with business objectives.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights to support strategies.
• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve objectives.
• Undertake domestic and international business travel as required.
