Executive Jet Management (EJM) is seeking a Vice President of Aircraft Management Sales to grow market share in assigned territory. You will drive strategic sales initiatives, pursue qualified prospects, and guide from needs assessment to contract through to operations.

The role requires building relationships with senior executives, leading sales teams, and sustaining a robust pipeline to meet objectives across the business aviation market.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success selling complex, high-value products or services to senior executives.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Experience leading sales teams and driving performance against revenue goals.
• Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and ability to articulate value.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present standard and custom Management Services proposals to qualified prospects.
• Meet annual sales quotas and expand services in the market through proactive selling.
• Network with aviation industry stakeholders and maintain robust client relationships.
• Document sales activities, prepare activity reports, and support territory analysis.
