Job summary

Acumen Aviation is seeking a Manager in Plantation, FL to lead commercial lease management and sales initiatives. You will drive fundraising strategies for aircraft acquisitions, prepare client proposals, and coordinate with global teams to optimize asset utilization.

The role requires 10+ years in aviation, a bachelor’s degree, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You will report to the Managing Director Americas and Chief Revenue Officer and oversee office operations in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years aviation industry experience expected.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support aircraft acquisitions.
• Prepare proposals for trading, sourcing, remarketing, structuring advisory services and sales opportunities.
• Prepare aircraft forecasting cash flow models and templates based on commercial, technical and market developments.
• Prepare market reports on the aviation industry.
• Identify asset leasing and trading opportunities in the marketplace.
• Identify Technical Services, Digital Services, Data Management Services, Valuation Services requirements in the marketplace.
• Manage Acumen Aviation America’s processes and procedures, including financial reporting and office management.
• Attend weekly calls with the Commercial Lease Management Team and Sales Management Team and track ongoing activities.
• Assist in managing all investments under Acumen’s management and preparation of board minutes for clients.
