Job summary

SkyBridge Aviation LLC is seeking a metrics-driven Recruiter to collaborate with Account Managers, manage the recruiting lifecycle, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for aviation and aerospace clients in commercial and government sectors.

You will source candidates via databases and social platforms, handle high-volume outbound calls, and guide applicants through interviews and onboarding, with a hybrid in-office setup after six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Management is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year in a sales-driven environment is preferred but not required.
• Desire to work in an in-office setting that is competitive and high energy.
• No prior recruiting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and job specs.
• Manage the recruiting lifecycle across multiple open positions.
• Source candidates using innovative strategies and build a pipeline.
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls to qualified candidates.
• Guide candidates through interviews and onboarding, especially for contract roles.
• Act as liaison between employers and applicants for hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop and leverage networks, databases, and social platforms to find matches.
