Elliott Aviation is seeking an experienced Aviation Recruiter to support hiring across maintenance, avionics, operations, leadership, sales, and corporate functions. You will develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from contact through onboarding.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with onsite presence about one week per month and occasional travel to events and Elliott Aviation locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting aviation talent or technical professionals.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across maintenance, avionics, operations, leadership, sales, and corporate functions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract aviation professionals and leadership talent.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, and drive offers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical aviation roles.
