Job summary

Enterprise Peak is seeking a driven recruiter for a Full-Desk rotational program in the United States. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from prospecting new clients to closing candidates, with two remote days per week after initial on-site onboarding.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in technical staffing, strong communication, and a proven ability to own opportunities from cold outreach to successful placement. On-site start with potential hybrid work after closing the first deal.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the technical staffing industry is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication is mandatory.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities and active client accounts through cold outreach and referrals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle with a consultative approach: prospecting, meetings, discovery, negotiation, and billing.
• Run client discovery calls to capture technical requirements and coordinate with delivery for candidate matching and interviews.
• Source, recruit, and close candidates when needed based on client needs.
