Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with ATS and maintaining recruitment data accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present recruiting metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full cycle of requisitions: intake, screening, interviews, and offer communication.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines for current and anticipated roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to align staffing plans with business needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve processes for efficiency and quality.
