Job summary

SelectTech Services Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to support aircraft modification programs, assisting project managers with planning, execution, and monitoring. The role acts as a central contact, coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of work packages and required documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in AS9100 and ISO9001 facilities.
• Experience with DCMA Flight and Ground Operating Procedures (FGOPs) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring from initiation to completion.
• Maintain tool control inventories and schedule calibration as required.
• Facilitate communication among project team members and subcontractors; coordinate meetings and response times.
• Submit data to subcontractor QA personnel and log inspection readiness for work packages.
• Coordinate with DCMA personnel to determine inspection availability and readiness.
• Support QA by monitoring deliverables against quality standards and assisting corrective actions.
• Issue work packages to aircraft technicians and manage installation kits inventory.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule training for aircraft and program teams.
• Monitor material inventories, hazmat expirations, and FIFO for shelf-life items.
• Provide general admin support including scheduling, presentations, and correspondence.
