• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support program planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking for C-130J/H engineering and sustainment programs.
• Manage documentation for avionics, propulsion, and propeller upgrade programs, including NP2000 retrofit efforts.
• Coordinate communication between engineering teams, logistics personnel, depot facilities, and government stakeholders.
• Assist with configuration management, contract deliverables (CDRLs), and technical documentation.
• Prepare program briefings, status reports, and engineering support packages.
• Track action items, risks, and program dependencies across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Support workflow processes, data management, and program execution activities.
