Job summary

SelectTech Services is seeking a Project Coordinator in Colorado Springs to support aircraft modification programs. You will assist project managers, track progress, and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with subcontractors and QA teams.

You will work under AS9100/ISO9001 settings, communicate across teams, and maintain tool inventories. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience are preferred. Contact HR for details on benefits and clearance requirements.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion.
• Maintain tool control inventories, track tool usage, and schedule tooling for calibration.
• Facilitate communication for project team members and subcontractor personnel, including coordinating meetings and response times.
• Submit data to subcontractor Quality Assurance personnel for inspection and maintain call logs for ready-to-inspect work packages.
• Communicate with DCMA personnel to determine availability and readiness to complete inspections.
• Monitor project deliverables against quality standards and assist in corrective actions as needed.
• Issue work packages to on-aircraft technicians and maintain inventory of in-work and staged installation kits.
• Coordinate with subcontractor personnel to schedule training for on-aircraft and program management teams.
• Monitor material inventories, hazmat expiry dates, and FIFO practices for shelf-life materials.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project-related correspondence.
