Job summary

Allocortech is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to centralize planning, governance, and execution across multiple concurrent aerospace and defense programs. You will work with program managers, leads, and cross-functional teams to maintain schedules, risks, and documentation.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive problem solving, and clear status updates to leadership in a fast-moving environment. Strong tooling and process improvement experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years in program coordination or PMO/operations role.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or regulated hardware environments.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid program management.
• Proficiency with project tools: Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to report to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across multiple programs: timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies.
• Maintain PMO governance artifacts: status reports, RAID logs, program dashboards.
• Support scheduling, resource tracking, budgeting, and documentation for programs.
• Plan and facilitate governance meetings: agendas, minutes, action-item follow-through.
• Monitor budgets against forecast and flag variances or risks early.
• Maintain and improve PMO templates, tools, and SOPs.
• Serve as liaison among teams, stakeholders, and leadership for timely communication.
• Track cross-program dependencies and risks; elevate blockers early.
• Support intake/prioritization of new requests and onboarding to PMO tools.
• Contribute to post-program reviews and lessons learned.
