Job summary

Science and Engineering Services, LLC seeks a Project Coordinator, Air Force Supply Chain Programs to support procurement operations, lifecycle management, and DMSMS initiatives across Air Force and DoD programs.

The role interfaces with Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Contracts, and suppliers to ensure material availability, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation for mission readiness.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, sourcing, material planning, logistics, procurement analytics, or related disciplines.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and supply chain reporting tools.
Ability to analyze procurement, inventory, supplier, and operational performance data.

Responsibilities

Procurement Management and Program Support: analyze transactions, monitor PRs/POs, support RFQ, pricing, and SSJ documentation.
DMSMS and Obsolescence Management: monitor lifecycles, assess DMSMS, evaluate BOMs, identify replacement technologies.
Supplier Performance and Risk Management: develop supplier relationships, conduct evaluations, analyze on-time delivery, lead times, quality, and procurement cycles.
Data Analytics and Performance Reporting: develop metrics, present data-driven analyses, create reports on material availability, procurement activity, supplier performance, and DMSMS risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Contracts, and Program Management; present lifecycle assessments and mitigation plans.
