Job summary

Trego Dugan Aviation Of Grand Island Inc invites applications for a Customer Service Agent at Egg Harbor Township, NJ. You will be the face of the operation, handling ticketing, boarding, assistive services, and turnaround support for passengers on both commercial and charter flights.

You will process tickets, check baggage, manage seating, and provide timely flight information while strictly following FAA and airport rules.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work calmly under time constraints in a high-pressure airport environment.
• Available to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain SIDA badge and pass fingerprint security screening.

Responsibilities

• Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on size and quantity, and assign seats.
• Provide accurate information on arrival and departure times, procedures, and seating.
• Handle denied boarding situations; solicit volunteers, accommodate displaced customers, issue vouchers.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations.
• Enforce safety and security measures and protect sensitive areas.
• Assist customers with special needs, including boarding assistance.
• Transport wheelchair passengers between counters, gates, and baggage areas.
• Operate jet bridges, ADA ramps, and stairs to facilitate boarding and deplaning.
• Perform thorough aircraft cabin cleaning and security searches between flights.
• Complete required training; only perform tasks you are trained for.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
