Job summary

Trego Dugan Aviation Of Grand Island Inc is seeking a Ramp Agent for the Egg Harbor Township, NJ area. You will join the ground team responsible for safe, efficient aircraft turnaround, including baggage handling, marshaling, and equipment operation.

No prior experience is required – training will be provided. You must be dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work nights, weekends, and holidays as flight schedules dictate. Pass a pre-employment drug test and obtain necessary badges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and HS diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must obtain SIDA badge and pass pre-employment drug test.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. per Immigration Act of 1986.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage, luggage, and co-mail from aircraft and baggage area.
• Operate ground service equipment (GSE) including tugs and belt loaders safely.
• Marshal aircraft to/from gates; assist with pushback procedures.
• Provide proper handling of baggage and items requiring special care.
• Perform aircraft interior cleaning and lavatory servicing between flights.
• Assist with commissary services including loading/unloading catering carts and galley supplies.
• Conduct aircraft security searches as required.
• Ensure ramp areas are safe, clean, and free of FOD at all times.
• Inspect and maintain all ground equipment; report deficiencies.
• Communicate effectively with team and other departments using a two-way radio.
• Assist customer service agents and passengers with special needs as directed.
• Follow all safety regulations and PPE use.
• Complete required training and only perform trained tasks.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
