Job summary

TREGO DUGAN AVIATION OF GRAND ISLAND INC seeks a Passenger Service Agent to be the face of the operation, delivering exceptional customer service at the gate and supporting ticketing, boarding, and aircraft turnaround for both commercial and charter flights.

You will communicate clearly in English, handle high-pressure situations with composure, and work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with Sabre/Amadeus is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage, and assign seats.
• Provide information on arrival/departure times, boarding procedures, and seat arrangements.
• Assist customers with special needs and transport wheelchair passengers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations.
• Operate jet bridges and ramps to assist boarding and deplaning.
