Job summary

TREGO DUGAN AVIATION OF GRAND ISLAND INC is seeking a reliable Ramp Service Agent in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. You will support the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft by handling baggage, operating ground equipment, and assisting with aircraft marshaling and cleaning between flights.

No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided. The role requires physical work outdoors, adherence to safety protocols, and effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be able to obtain SIDA badge and pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must successfully attend and complete all required training.
• No prior experience necessary — training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage and mail to and from aircraft.
• Operate ground service equipment (GSE) safely.
• Marshal aircraft to and from gates and assist with pushback.
• Perform aircraft interior cleaning and lavatory servicing.
• Assist with catering loads/unloads with vendors.
• Conduct ramp safety checks and maintain equipment.
• Communicate with team and other departments using two-way radios.
