Job summary

The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance and handling special needs, with duties in ramp, aircraft cleaning, operations, and commissary as required. Candidates should be people-oriented, able to work under time pressure, and available for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience or equivalent training.
• Reads and writes English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process customer tickets and check baggage. Assign seats and provide flight information.
• Assist customers with arrival/departure times and boarding procedures.
• Handle denied boarding situations and provide hotel, meal, and taxi vouchers when needed.
• Ensure FAA and airport regulations are followed and security measures enforced.
• Perform duties including ramp, aircraft cleaning, operations, and commissary as required.
• Read and write English; work under time constraints; adapt to varied hours.
