Trego Dugan Aviation Of Grand Island Inc. is hiring a Passenger Service Agent in Grand Island, NE. You will be the face of the operation, delivering customer service for ticketing, boarding, special assistance, and turnaround support for passengers on both commercial and charter flights.

The role requires handling tickets and baggage, guiding passengers, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Shifts include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under time constraints in a high-pressure airport environment.
• Available to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.
• Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and pass fingerprint screening.

Responsibilities

• Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage, and assign seats.
• Provide accurate information on times, procedures, regulations, and seating.
• Handle denied boarding — solicit volunteers, accommodate displaced customers, issue vouchers.
• Ensure strict compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations.
• Enforce safety and security measures and protect sensitive areas.
• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchair support during boarding.
• Transport wheelchair passengers between ticket counter, gates, and baggage areas.
• Operate jet bridges, ADA ramps, and portable stairs for boarding and deplaning.
• Perform aircraft cabin cleaning and security searches between flights.
• Complete all required training and duties as assigned.
