Elliott Aviation is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source aircraft parts and materials for MRO operations in a timely and cost-efficient manner. You will build supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure inventory visibility to support profitability and quality objectives.

Role involves collaboration with maintenance, materials, shipping, and finance teams, with a typical schedule Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Onsite work in Moline, IL is required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience using ERP systems in a business environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Moline, IL.

Aufgaben

• Source and procure aircraft parts and materials for MRO operations.
• Place purchase orders promptly based on parts order sheets.
• Follow up on confirmations, deliveries, and backorders.
• Negotiate with vendors for pricing, terms, and delivery.
• Escalate discrepancies, shortages, and delays per procedures.
• Coordinate warranty claims and core returns with vendors.
• Maintain purchasing records in ERP and MRO systems.
• Support inventory management with min/max evaluations.
