Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier negotiations.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for aviation parts and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and service levels with suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead cost-reduction and value-improvement initiatives.
• Prepare RFQs, bids, proposals, and supplier comparisons.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, quality, and operations.
• Resolve supply disruptions and maintain continuity.
• Maintain contracts and supplier documentation.
