Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions seeks a Program Manager in Service Recovery to coordinate procurement, movement, and tracking of aircraft parts for MRO operations. You will ensure timely resolution of shortages, update SAP records, and communicate with US-based teams, warehouses, line stations, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management or procurement.
• Strong technical understanding of aviation maintenance operations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Procuring aircraft parts.
• Creating MSNs when inventory is unavailable.
• Maintaining accurate procurement and inventory data in SAP.
• Ordering from distribution warehouses and external suppliers per Service Recovery SOPs.
• Processing Removal/Install transactions.
• Managing returns of unused inventory ("06 Material").
• Resolving issues identified in In Transit and Stationary Tracking Reports.
