Signature Aviation is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily base operations for private aviation guests, crews, and residents. The role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring safe, efficient service while aligning with company hospitality standards.

You will manage Airside and Guest Experience teams, handle scheduling, onboarding, and training, and respond to guest inquiries. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is essential in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead base operations safely and efficiently per SOPs and communicate tasks effectively.
• Oversee Airside/Guest Experience teams; address performance gaps and corrective actions.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members for engagement and growth.
• Schedule duties, conduct meetings, and manage events and shift coverage.
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure required airline training is completed.
