Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking an Operations Manager to lead base operations for private aviation guests, crews, and residents. You will guide the leadership team, ensure safe, high-touch service, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced setting near aircraft and ground support equipment.

You will also step into frontline duties as needed, applying knowledge of policies and SOPs to maintain guest satisfaction and overall operational excellence across indoor and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years aviation or cargo operations experience.
• Able to obtain airport security badge.
• Valid driver's license; CDL as required by local regulations.
• Able to pass background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead base operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Manage Airside Experience and Guest Experience teams for accuracy and adherence.
• Interview, onboard, train, and manage team members.
• Schedule and coordinate duties; conduct team meetings.
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure airline-required training is completed.
• Assist with ramp operations and ground services as needed.
• Monitor safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
