Job summary

Signature Aviation seeks an Airside Experience Leader to guide the Airside Experience team, delivering precise, safe, and hospitality-focused service to aircraft crews, cargo, and guests. You will oversee operations and act as the primary escalation point for issues beyond specialists or associates, ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and outdoor work near active aircraft.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of aviation or cargo operations experience preferred.
• Certifications for oil, oxygen, towing, de-icing may be required per base operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance of Airside Experience Specialists/Associates for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Coordinate duties and supervise shifts.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
• Serve as guest service resource and escalation point for inquiries.
• Operate and supervise safe airside operations per SOPs.
