The role involves coordinating with repair technicians, maintaining SAP ERP records, and collaborating across product lines to ensure high-quality service throughout the repair cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer support role within an MRO environment.
• Aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing MRO experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to interpret purchase orders and basic contract requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer repair inquiries, quotes, and order status updates.
• Coordinate with repair technicians to communicate repair progress and technical information to customers.
• Generate and manage repair quotes while ensuring compliance with contract and purchase order requirements.
• Maintain accurate information within ERP systems, including SAP.
• Support multiple product lines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve customer issues and provide a high level of service throughout the repair process.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
