Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS is seeking an experienced candidate for a role involving comprehensive management of aviation-related contracts. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, manage contract profitability, and respond effectively to client issues while working closely with internal teams.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least five years of experience in sales or contract management in the aviation industry. Proficiency with ERP systems and multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relatable experience in Sales, Customer Contract, or Product Management.
• Experience in the aviation industry within MRO is preferred.
• Must have U.S. Person status or government authorization to access export-controlled technology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
• Act as a liaison between internal organizations and customers.
• Manage sales campaigns for new contracts.
