Job summary

Western Aircraft Inc. in Boise, ID, seeks an MRO Customer Service Manager to oversee customer accounts from pre-arrival to post-delivery, driving retention and loyalty while ensuring compliance with 14 CFR Part 145.

This role coordinates with service, planning, parts, sales and other leaders to ensure timely project execution, accurate documentation, and prompt payments, with a focus on warranty coordination and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in general aviation.
• Minimum three years’ leadership experience in general aviation.
• A&P certifications preferred.
• Read and utilize OEM and vendor maintenance data.

Responsibilities

• Works interdepartmentally with service managers, planning, parts, sales and other department leaders to ensure timely coordination of all aspects of assigned projects.
• Acts as customer liaison providing timely information regarding assigned projects and ensures proper documentation of customer approvals.
• Validates deposits, collects progress payments, and processes final invoices.
• Expedites warranty claim processing and invoicing.
